Use of Personal Protective Equipment and Length of Work as Risk Factors for Occupational Contact Dermatitis on the Hands of Woodworkers

Background: Occupational contact dermatitis (OCD) is an inflammatory response caused by with allergens or irritants in the work environment, and this disease most often found as occupational disease. Personal protective equipment (PPE) a safety tool that must be used workers to protect body from possible potential hazards workplace. Construction workers, woodworkers, batik farmers can take preventive measures avoid occurrence of OCD. This study aimed determine relationship between length use PPE on incidence OCD hands woodworkers Serenan, Klaten.
